Details of White Shaker Style Kitchen Cabinets:
There are a few nice materials that can be used to make the shaker style cabinet doors:
#1. MDF with PVC thermafoiled.
#2. MDF with lacquer finished.
#3. Solid wood with laquer finished.
Among them, option #1 is the cheapest way to make a white shaker kitchen, yet, it may not look as great as #3 solid wood series. You won’t find cracking in doors made with PVC thermafoiled MDF.
The advantage of option #2 is: it looks nicer than #1 due to its lacquer finished, but is a little more expensive #1, however, is much cheaper than #3.
Option #3 is really a great choice for a big kitchen, by using carbonized treated wood to fabric up the shaker style, the chances of cracking in wood/paint is within the reasonable level.
*All cabinets can be requested to preassmebled in factory, there will be extra charge for assembling and packing work: cabinet boxes are assembled up and fixed with cam-locks, doors are hanged onto cabinet boxes, drawer boxes and drawer runners are assembled into cabinet boxes.
